BidExecs may look like a new market entrant but is built on the foundation of ProposalHelper, a 10-year old proposal management company with disruptive success, with seven locations across the United States, serving hundreds of unique contracting companies, including clients in all 50 States, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and international companies in Japan, South Korea, Afghanistan, Oman, UAE.

In 2010, after being in the contracting industry for almost two decades, hiring consultants, being a consultant herself, BidExecs’ CEO – Reena Bhatia found a gap and a need in the market place that allowed small businesses to play at the same level as some of the large publicly traded companies in public contracting. Business Development Solutions

BidExecs Business Development Consultants will have access to the uniquely designed BidHub Platform – a cloud-based software that allows you to combine consulting and facilitating to uncover, qualify, and propose business opportunities to your client to pursue. Proposal Solutions

Turning leads to actual revenue requires well-articulated, well-planned, and well-written proposals. Whether the proposal is for the government, construction project, transit authority, or international development – the process of building winning proposals starts with BidExecs disciplined proposal process. Franchise Offering

We’d love to consider you for our team! You’d be part of a group sharing the entrepreneurial spirit. Joining the BidExecs network would give you the unique opportunity to own and scale your own business through proven processes, disciplined activities, and successful systems.

Because BidExecs follows a highly selective process of accepting franchisees, you can be confident in the brand you are investing.

Your first step is to complete the Application for Additional Information.

BidExecs offers two levels of franchising:

Territory Level: Area Director Franchisee (ADF). As an ADF, you will receive:

  • an exclusive territory to represent BidExecs in soliciting, qualifying and supporting Growth Services Franchisees
  • franchisee lead generation and development support
  • technology platforms to attract sophisticated professionals
  • marketing and outreach support to grow and develop a network of GSFs
  • The ADF franchise fee depends on the size of your Territory and ranges from $35,000 to $75,000 in selected markets in the United States. This is a limited time “early adopter” offer!

Area Director Franchise

The Area Director Franchise starts with you establishing the brand in a designated territory with a small office. The cost to launch the AD Franchise is between $56,950 and $113,750 and includes the initial Franchise Fee, which varies based on the size of the Territory. BidExecs is unique business for new entrants. Because of the minimal investment required to get started and generate revenue, you may not even need debt-financing. Having said that, we come across various scenarios and reasons for financing a business. Contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Absolutely! We require every AD Franchisee to complete our proprietary training course at our BidExecs Training Center. BidExecs has a training and certification path to ensure all franchisees offer the absolute highest quality of services. Beyond the in-person training, franchisees will have full access to our e-learning training courses, regular training blogs, and invitational webinars to keep learning more about the industry and how to grow your business.
BidExecs is a professional business and we require franchisees to maintain a professional business location. We have various suggestions for you to meet these requirements while keeping cost of doing business at reasonable levels.
BidExecs is a focused on building a network of absolute professionals. We are unlike any traditional franchise markets. We value quality, dedication, entrepreneurship in a smaller number of driven individuals versus saturating the market with large numbers of aspiring business owners alone. As a BidExecs franchisee, we want you to be confident that you are part of an elite group of professionals who will uphold brand value. To protect the interests of all our franchisees, the typical timeline from selection and when you sign the Franchise Agreement to business opening can take anywhere from 2 – 3 months.

Growth Services Franchise

This is where BidExecs gets really interesting and is the best alternative to traditional retail franchising. With BidExecs, you can start generating revenue with just a dedicated business owner. You add staff only after you have started generating revenue and need to scale your business. BidExecs is unique business for new entrants. Because of the modest investment required to get started and generate revenue, we do not offer any financing. If we have a highly qualified candidate that may need some financing we will try to point you in the right direction for financial support. Contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Absolutely, we require every franchisee to complete our proprietary training course at BidExecs Training Center near Washington D.C. BidExecs has a training and certification path to ensure all franchisees offer the absolute highest quality of services to clients. We charge $5,500 for our proprietary training program for new franchisees.

Beyond the in-person training, franchisees will have full access to our e-learning training courses, regular training blogs, and invitational webinars to keep learning more about the industry and how to grow your business.

The Area Director Franchise (ADF) are assigned a specific geographical area/territory. ADFs will oversee Growth Service Franchise sales, training and operational assistance for franchisees. The ADFs will also make recommendations as to whether a prospective franchisee in their territory should be granted a franchise. ADFs cannot own or operate a Growth Service Franchise. The purpose of the ADF is to build their network and focus on helping their GSFs succeed.

Growth Services Franchises (GSFs) are the warriors and practitioners. GSFs can chose to be a BidHub and/or Bid-X franchisee and provide the services available within these individual tracks to the customers in their territories.
